Meet Your Facilitator
Laura Elizabeth is a trauma‑informed bodyworker, somatic facilitator, and women’s healing guide who has held retreats and workshops across Australia, Bali & Europe for over 8 years. Trained in holistic counselling, womb massage, yoni mapping, nervous system reset, reiki master and embodied leadership, she creates containers where women feel safe, seen and sovereign in their bodies.
